By purchasing or downloading any product from FocusFlow Planner, you agree to these terms.
1. Digital Download Products
All products sold by FocusFlow Planner are digital files delivered via instant download. No physical product is shipped. After purchase, you receive a download link through Etsy.
You may re-download your files at any time from your Etsy account under Purchases.
2. Personal Use License (Default)
Unless otherwise stated in the listing, all products are sold under a Personal Use License:
✅ You may:
– Use the product for personal, non-commercial purposes
– Print the product for personal use at home or at a print shop
– Use the product on your personal devices (iPad, phone, laptop)
❌ You may NOT:
– Resell, redistribute, or share the digital files
– Claim the design as your own
– Use the files for commercial reproduction or mass production
– Include the files in another digital product or bundle for sale
3. Small Commercial Use License
Some products (SVG bundles, Canva templates, Lightroom presets) include a Small Commercial Use License stated in the listing. This allows:
✅ You may:
– Sell finished physical items made using the files (e.g., printed items, cut vinyl products)
– Use the templates in client work for up to one client brand per purchase
– Use presets in paid photography work
❌ You may NOT:
– Resell the digital files themselves
– Include the files in templates or products you sell digitally
– Use for mass production exceeding 200 units per year without an extended license

4. No Refunds Policy
Due to the instant-download nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on digital downloads.
However, if:
– Your file is corrupted or won’t open
– The file is not as described in the listing
– You experience a technical issue we cannot resolve
We will replace the file, provide an alternative format, or issue a store credit at our discretion.
5. Copyright
All designs, files, and content created by FocusFlow Planner are protected by copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or resale is a violation of these terms and may result in legal action.
6. Limitation of Liability
FocusFlow Planner is not responsible for:
– Issues caused by third-party apps (GoodNotes, Lightroom, Cricut Design Space, etc.)
– Printing quality issues at home or third-party print shops
– Incompatibility with future app versions
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. Disputes shall be resolved through Etsy’s dispute resolution process in the first instance.
